Interview Structure Adherence Policy

• If the interview guidelines provided in the structure not followed during the interview, which includes

  1.  Missing a section or non-coverage of the important areas or missing a given problem statement/sample questions/fixed questions,

  2. Not checking of candidate's id 

  3. Switching off of camera by the panel and staying on mute for more than 5 mins

  4. Not adhering to the mandatory coding language, mentioned in the structure 

  5. Conducting interview of candidate on mobile phone

  6. Candidate screen share  and camera on Mandatory 

• The payment for that interview will be forfeited

• Repeated non-compliance will lead to an inactive status for 15 days

Note: Any discrepancy in the interview flow must be communicated to BarRaiser 3 hours before interview time via WhatsApp (not during or after the interview). If there is no prior communication, the expert will be held responsible for non- adherence to the policy.
