Expert Cancellation Policy

Our policy states:

If an interview is canceled by an expert within 30 minutes of interview start time, you will face deduction of  12.5% of the one-hour interview cost; if it is canceled after interview start time and within 20 minutes after the start time, you will receive 25% of the one-hour interview cost; however, if it is canceled after 20 minutes of interview start time, you will receive 100% of the one-hour interview cost. 

Let's explain it through an example: if an interview is scheduled at 4 pm and the one-hour interview cost is Rs. 1000

• If the expert cancels between 3:30 and 4 o'clock, you will face a deduction of 12.5% i.e. Rs. 125 

•  If the expert cancels at 3:29 pm. It falls outside the timeline and you will not face any deductions.

• Once the interview has started, if the expert leaves/ or does not join the interview within the first 20 minutes, that is any time from 4 to 4:20 pm you will face a deduction of 25% i.e. Rs. 250

• If the expert leaves/ or does not join the interview, after 20 minutes from the start time, that is from 4:21 pm onwards, you will face a deduction of 100% 100% i.e. Rs. 1000

This policy applies to both 1.5-hour and 2-hour interviews. In other words, payment will be based on the cost of 1 hour only. 

For 30 min interview the above the percentages will be based on 30 min only

For 45 min interview the above the percentages will be based on 45 min only

Last minute cancellation policy (1hr before the interview time)

• After 1st cancellation or no-show, the expert will be marked inactive for 5 days.

• After 2nd cancellation or no-show, the expert will be marked inactive for 15 days.

• After 3rd cancellation or no-show, the expert will be removed from the system.

Delay Joining Policy (3 minutes and above)

The joining link will be activated 5 mins prior to the interview, if there is a delay kindly inform in advance so that the same can be conveyed to the candidate 

• After 2 cases of late joining, the expert will be marked inactive for 5 days.

• After 3 cases of late joining, the expert will be marked inactive for 15 days.

• After 4 cases of late joining, the expert will be removed from the system.
