Cancellation Score FAQ

Q1. What happens to the cancellation score if there is a change in my schedule?

A1. Interviews are scheduled as per your available slots. In case you are uncertain, ensure the interview scheduled is canceled 8 hours before, to save your rating.

A2. An expert is required to cancel an interview at least 8 hours before the scheduled interview time.

A3. When an interview is canceled less than 8 hours prior to the scheduled interview time.

Category Coverage FAQ

Q1. What should I do if a candidate is unfamiliar with or is taking time with a category?

A1. If a candidate is struggling in a particular category, try evaluating the candidate at a different level of difficulty to determine their knowledge and skills.

Then switch to a new one, and the BGS will reflect this.

Such circumstances are not taken into account when calculating the rating.

Q2. What if a candidate takes too much time to solve a question?

A2. Politely inform them that you will need to move on to the next question.

Verbal Feedback FAQ

Q1. How do we present feedback in a way that the candidate does not get offended?

A1. Use your personal experiences as reference material, such as classes, websites, and so on, that helped you strengthen and develop your skills.

Eg:

"I recommend using ___. It gave me insight into _____.

I’m sure it will help you too. "

"___ (course/website)___, helped me develop ______ skills. Try it out. I believe it will help you too.

Q2. What if the candidate does not want to listen to the feedback?

A2. We cannot force a candidate to accept feedback.

We can however, inform them that we have a few tips or suggestions for them.

Or, let them know how you improved your skills, by giving examples of your personal experience.

Q1. How do I get a high rating in question-level and overall feedback?

A1. Ensure the feedback is clearly explained and provides a reason for the rating, assists clients in decision-making, and helps to distinguish candidates from the pool.

Note: Avoid documenting your findings in a story format.

Q2. How do we give elaborate written candidate feedback when they have not performed well?

A2. We do not consider cases when the candidate's BGS is poor or less when calculating the rating.

Q3. How is the average length of feedback calculated?

A3. It is calculated using the standard of average characters by all experts in their feedback form.

Q4. How do I write question-level and overall feedback that will improve my rating?

A4. Please refer to the Post-Interview Tips on the home page for examples.

Feedback Submission FAQ

Q1. How does the “pending correction” affect my feedback submission rating?

A1.The status of Pending Correction has no impact on your rating.

Q2. Does it impact my rating when the feedback is sent for retagging of questions?

A2. A couple of cases do not impact your rating. However, we are currently in the process of amending the logic to ensure it accurately reflects your rating.

Q3. When will canceling an interview affect my rating?

A3. The required timeline to cancel any interview is a minimum of 8 hours before the interview. If it is less than 8 hours, it will affect your rating
