Q1. Do I get paid if the candidate cancels?
A1. Experts are compensated when candidates cancel the interview, only when certain criteria are met.
Q2. What are the criteria for compensation when the candidate cancels the interview?
A2. Mentioned below are the instances when experts are compensated when candidates cancel interviews:
If a candidate cancels an interview within 30 minutes of the scheduled interview, 12.5% of the 1-hour interview cost will be compensated.
If a candidate cancels or leaves within 20 minutes of the scheduled interview time, 25% of the 1-hour interview cost will be compensated.
If a candidate cancels or leaves after 20 minutes from the scheduled time of the interview, 100% of the 1-hour interview cost will be compensated.
Q3. Do I get another candidate if the one allotted to me cancels?
A3. We have an overbooking system in place. In case an interview is cancelled and another candidate has a similar time slot then that interview will be scheduled.

Q1. When can an expert cancel an interview?
A1. An expert is required to cancel an interview at least 8 hours before the scheduled interview time.
Q2. Do I have to cancel the interview if I am delayed?
A2. No. In case of a delay in joining, the team must be notified in advance with clear timelines so it can be communicated to candidates and prevent a cancellation.
Q3. What do I do if I am unable to make it to the interview?
A3. If you are sure you are going to be late, please ask us to cancel the interview.
Q4. What happens if an expert cancels an interview at the last moment or is a no-show?
No show or last-moment cancellation will lead to an inactive status for 15 days.
