Write a good feedback helps the client gain an insight on the candidate's profile without having the need to go through the entire video. This is why BarRaiser platform is constantly trying to achieve.
The Rating Feedback Guide explains the rating and feedback expectations while filling a form.
Make sure no categories are left in red when submitting the feedback guide.
Once interview is completed, the feedback form must be submitted within the 2-hour SLA.

Mark "incomplete interview" and "suspicion of cheating" correctly with proper remarks.
For any "incomplete interview" please write overall feedback based of the categories that were attempted by the candidate.
Please write detailed feedback with complete sentences and instances from the interview.
Certain interview structures contain rating guide for specific categories ensure to follow them.
Perfect Score (9/10):
If the candidate provides a flawless answer without any assistance, they will receive a perfect score of 9) The feedback will focus entirely on positive aspects, recognizing their exceptional performance and thorough understanding. (Only positive points should be mentioned in detail for a 9 rating.).
IMPORTANT: A rating of 10 should be given only if the candidate is the best you've seen, and is exceeding your expectations.
High Score (7/8):
In cases where the candidate gives a correct answer but requires minimal hints, a rating of 7/8 will be assigned. The feedback will emphasize the positive aspects of their response while gently suggesting small areas for improvement or optimization. (Positive points with some negative points should be mentioned in detail for a 7/8 rating.).
Moderate Score (5/6):
For partially correct answers that necessitate several hints, the candidate will receive a rating of 5/6. The feedback will be a mix of positive and constructive elements, highlighting both what they did well and where improvements can be made. (Positive and negative points should be mentioned in detail for a 5/6 rating.).
Attempted but Incorrect (3/4):
If the candidate makes an effort but doesn't provide a correct answer, they will be rated 3/4. The feedback will include specific areas where improvement is needed, coupled with encouragement for their attempt. (All negative points should be mentioned in detail for a 3/4 rating.)
Low Score for No Attempt (1/2):
In cases where the candidate doesn't try or has no knowledge, a rating of 1/2 will be given. The feedback will be predominantly negative, detailing the areas where improvement is crucial and emphasizing the need for further understanding or preparation. (Only Negative points should be mentioned for a 1/2 rating.)
Certain Interview structures have rating guide given by the client, adhere to those and give the rating based on the candidate's answer
For eg: If the candidate has answered 2 questions you ought to give "5" rating. However if the candidate answered the 3rd question half you can give 6 mentioning the same in the feedback form.
Please note: not all structures have these guides.
