A1. The minimum price is the amount set by the interview experts through your dashboard to set a lower price limit for the interview.
For example, if the minimum limit is set at Rs. 750, and the max price is 1000then all the interviews allocated to the expert will be in between Rs.750 - Rs.1000
A2. The benefits are:
This pricing model will let the interview experts decide the interview price and volume.
More performance-driven and less cost-driven.
Higher transparency and visibility around interview volume
A3. The maximum price is decided by TA team during onboarding and cannot be changed by the expert.
A minimum price is not the only criterion in selecting an expert for an interview. There are multiple criteria in scheduling an interview, i.e. quality score, skill rating, interviews taken/scheduled in a week (to maintain equal distribution), availability, closest minimum price, expert experience > candidate experience, etc.
A5. A lower minimum cost will increase the expert's eligibility for a higher number of interviews. However, it will not guarantee a higher interview volume.
A6. The clients are not aware of the minimum cost of the experts. They decide on a price at which they see the value, and correspondingly, the same is passed on to the experts.
A7. We have designed our scheduling algorithm in such a manner that we provide an equal distribution of interviews among all the interview experts without any bias.
BarRaiser believes that the interview quality score is paramount. Scheduling interviews is based on various parameters, and the cost is only one of the many.
Q9. Will there be any price range within which interviews will be remunerated?
A9. The remuneration per interview will be between the minimum price and the maximum price.
For example, if the min price is Rs. 1500 and the max price is Rs. 2000, then all the interviews scheduled will be paid between these two ranges.
A10. The maximum price will be increased based on multiple factors like the number of interviews taken, expert quality score, consistency in availability, etc.
The BarRaiser team will increase the max price based on the above factors.
We want to create a pricing mechanism that is flexible to market conditions and the experts' goals for interview assignments.
The current system is rigid and forces experts to take interviews for a certain set of clients. This will provide more opportunities and create a level-playing field for all.
