Feedback Time Policy

*Feedback to be submitted after the interview is conducted, not during

 Our feedback submission SLA is 2 hours. The feedback form must be filled out and submitted within the 2-hour SLA period. The SLA comes into effect once the Expert receives the feedback link.

•  The feedback shared within 0-2 hours will be compensated 100% of the previously agreed-upon terms (in the contract). The BarRaiser Expert rating will be positive as it is within the 2-hour SLA window

•  The feedback shared between 2 to 8 hours will be compensated 100% of the previously agreed-upon terms (in the contract). The BarRaiser Expert Rating reduces as it is outside the 2-hour SLA window

•  The feedback shared between 8 to 24 hours will be compensated 34% (66% deduction will happen) of the previously agreed-upon terms (in the contract). The BarRaiser Expert is given a low rating as it is outside the 2-hour SLA window

• If the feedback is shared after 24 hours, the expert forfeits payment, and the BarRaiser Expert Rating will be zero.
