The Feedback Form Guide is the 'how-to' handbook. It explains the requirements and the procedures on how to fill out the feedback.
You can fill in the feedback during the interview itself. Please mark/click done once you cover a particular section like Introduction, Coding and Problem Solving etc. in the interview flow during the interview itself.
Once interview is completed, the feedback form must be submitted within the 2-hour SLA.

When the status of the feedback form is Pending correction, check it and make the necessary changes.
(The interview cannot be processed if there is any inconsistency.)
The feedback form is shared within 5 minutes of the interview conclusion.

Red Marked section means the feedback/rating has not been given in one/multiple evaluation metrics of the corresponding section.
Give the rating thoughtfully and objectively based on the candidate's answer.
You can check the rating criteria by clicking on the rating information button.
The subjective feedback requires details. These details will help support and validate the ratings given.
Justify why the candidate was given the specified rating
Point out what the candidate missed and answered correctly
The feedback should explain the candidate's performance clearly enough that the video is not needed
Images on the right will help you better understand the feedback based on different rating scenarios.
The overall feedback is a summary of the interview.
Give an objective view of the candidate's performance to help the client decide if they want to hire or reject them.
When listing the areas to improve and strengths, be specific, NOT generic
Ensure that the areas to improve and strengths are not contradictory
Soft Skills: Rate candidate's soft skills based on your observation.
Final Decision: Based on your observation, you can make a suggestion to "hire" or "reject" a candidate
Suspicion of cheating: Click on the button, and a dialog box will appear to add your findings
Incomplete interview: Document the reason for the incomplete interview or if the interview ended early
