Things to keep in mind when filling in the feedback form.
Punctuality: Kindly ensure your prompt presence on Zoom 5 minutes before the scheduled interview time.
Video and Audio: Maintain active video engagement throughout the session and refrain from muting yourself and switching the camera off in the middle of the session.
Background Picture: Utilize the designated BarRaiser background picture during the interview.
Candidate Engagement: Request candidates to activate their cameras and share their screens for enhanced interaction. DO NOT PROCEED WITH AN INTERVIEW IF THE CAMERA IS NOT ON AND SCREEN IS NOT SHARED
Communication with the BarRaiser team: Keep the BarRaiser team in the loop through WHATSAPP SUPPORT CHAT if you encounter any issue, including network issues and dropping off in between from either of the parties
Code Evaluation: Utilise the provided CodeJudge link for assessing candidates' code. In the event of technical difficulties, promptly switch to an alternative platform while ensuring seamless code retrieval from the candidate.
Question Structure: Adhere strictly to the outlined question structure provided. Avoid deviating from the prescribed format and focus solely on the listed sample problems. Please see the entire interview structure
Feedback Precision: Provide comprehensive and tailored feedback to each candidate. Avoid brief remarks and ensure that your feedback is constructive and beneficial. Avoid giving one-liners and incomplete feedback. Please give verbal feedback of 2-3 minutes at the end of each interview
Job Inquiries: Refrain from addressing questions pertaining to the job itself. Instead, direct candidates to connect with the respective hiring company or BarRaiser for any inquiries. Do not ASK or ANSWER to any personal details (including phone number, email address, LinkedIn)
Integrity Maintenance: In cases where suspicions of candidate misconduct arise, continue with the interview process and raise on WHATSAPP Support, and document any observations. Avoid prematurely terminating the interview.
Interview to be taken on laptop only: Both expert and candidate should join the interview through laptop only, no mobile phones. IF the candidate joins through mobile phone let us know through WhatsApp Support we will cancel the interview.
Photo ID verification: Experts must request a photo ID from candidates only if specified in the interview structure. Please check the Instructions section before proceeding.
If the candidate does not have a valid ID (soft or hard copy, as long as it clearly verifies their identity), do not continue the interview. Instead, inform the support chat immediately. You will still receive full payment for the interview.
Candidate video on: Candidate face should be properly visible during the interview.
Screen Share: Whole Desktop screen should be shared during the interview.
