Camp at Home Recipes are organized into a 3-week rotation.
Each week, the curriculum suggests doing a Camp Cooking activity on Mon, Wed and Fri. Each day covers a different category of camp cooking:
Mondays: Camp stove recipes
Wednesdays: No-bake recipes (some still require use of a camp stove)
Fridays: DIY Outdoor Cooking (campers will make their own oven/freezer to complete the recipes)
Week 1
Mon: Camp Kitchen Setup Activity & Camp Stove Popcorn Recipe
Weds: No-Bake Snowball Cookies or Chewy Fudge Cookies (your choice)
Fri: Make-your-own Solar Oven Activity & Solar Oven S'mores
Week 2
Mon: Camp Kitchen Setup Activity & Camp Stove Quesadillas Recipe
Wed: No-Bake Fruit Pizzas
Fri: DIY Ice Cream
Week 3
Mon: Camp Kitchen Setup Activity & Banana-Oat Pancakes OR Apple Crisp (your choice)
Wed: No-Bake Power Bites
Fri: Make-your-own Solar Oven Activity (or use existing solar ovens from Wk 1) & Solar Oven Pizzas
