Here's a quick list of software and applications that are available to all students: 

• • Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals

  • your student email account

    • Each student is assigned an Ateneo OBF account.  This Google-based account gives students access to GMail, GDrive, GForms, and other apps within the Google ecosystem.  The @student.ateneo.edu is considered the student's official email.  All important announcements, circulars, and memos as well as official communication between faculty, departments, offices, and students are coursed through this email.

  • Access to WiFi on the Ateneo campus (one device only)

• Microsoft 365

  • Activate via https://www.office.com/getOffice365 and enter your student email account

  • Free access to Microsoft 365 A3 Education account

  • Free one-time download of Windows 10 Edu, and access to discounted software at ateneo.onthehub.com. 

To connect, please follow these steps:

1. Connect to the new WiFi network OBF using your device. Use blueeagletheking to connect to this network. 

2. A login portal will appear asking you to enter your username and password. Please use your AISIS user credentials.

A successful login will automatically register your device into the system. If you wish to use another device, you will have to log in again using the new device. 

Please be reminded that your AISIS account is for your use only and is not meant to be shared with others. Unauthorized use of the account may be subjected to the suspension of the services attached to it. 

The AISIS is the official online system for Ateneo students. Through AISIS, officially enrolled students may view important information such as the official curriculum, Individual Plan of Study (IPS), official grades, class schedules, etc.  Registration and other processes are also supported through AISIS.  For matters regarding your Individual Program of Study (IPS), please contact your HOME DEPARTMENT.
