The NGSC is a leadership development program designed to guide students in their journey to becoming character-driven leaders through social change practice and engagement with their social mission. Each member of the NGSC is required to complete a titled leadership role to successfully graduate from the scholarship program. A titled leadership role designates one's position in an organization. The NGSC offers students the opportunity to serve in one of 50+ titled student leadership roles, such as Chief of Staff, Section Lead, or Mission Team Leader. 

Nominate yourself or a peer for the 2025-2026 NGSC Leadership Team! The second round of student leadership nominations is OPEN and will remain open until all positions are filled! This is your chance to step up, get involved, and make an impact as a student leader on our team. We encourage peer and self-nominations, so nominate fellow students who you think would excel in leadership roles!

• Eligibility: Applicants must not be on probation and must be in GOOD STANDING or WARNING status according to the NGSC Program Status Chart.

• Mandatory Transition Training: All selected students must attend transition training on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

• Section Leader Roles: These are typically reserved for students who have previously served as Mission Team Leaders, though all applicants are welcome.

• Final Selection: While peer input is part of the process, NGSC Staff will make the final decision on leadership team selections.
