Over the course of their 4 (or 2 or 3 years) in the NGSC, students complete the following:

• An academic certificate in Cross Sector Leadership 

• Three internships - one in each of the private, public, and nonprofit sectors

• One titled leadership role

• Active engagement on a Mission Team all year, participating in a minimum of 3 engagements with the Mission Team each semester and 1 Mission Team Working Session each semester.
