An academic certificate in Cross Sector Leadership - Upon completion of five required courses, which can be started after students participate in all Year 1 Preparatory Workshops
Three internships - one in each of the private, public, and nonprofit sectors
One titled leadership role
Active engagement on a Mission Team all year, participating in a minimum of 4 engagements with the Mission Team each semester and 1 Mission Team Working Session each semester.
