Airtable is a platform used by NGSC to students to self report activities and required roles as well as track mandatory event attendance.
Student View on Airtable allows you to view your NGSC student records as staff members are able to view. This includes any of your logged activities and your event attendance. Periodically check your Student View to ensure that you are meeting program requirements.

using Single Sign On (SSO) with your ASU email.
The page should then redirect to your ASUrite portal to log in.
Once logged in, this serves as your homepage for Student View. You may see everything from your current status, personal information, academic information and towards the bottom, your event attendances*.
*Certain accounts may be flagged and require approval from a systems administrator. If this happens, please allow at least 48 hours for approval before Student View allows you to view.
*Students prior to Cohort 9/Transfer 7 will not be able to see certain older event attendances. Thus they may appear as "NA". This does not affect your program standing nor can they be adjusted.
Select "Internships" on the left side bar to view all logged internships.

*All logged activities MUST be logged using your ASU email to reflect in the system.
Select "Engagement Activities" on the leftsidebar to view all logged Engagement Activities.

The records automatically default to View All Records. To see your logged activity by semester, select the semester tabs at the top.

This is a self-reporting page, meaning it is your responsibility to keep it updated.
As you complete your courses, please return to this page to update them to complete. This page allows staff members to easily view your course progress and provide any guidance/support if needed.

Fields with an outline allow you to change the information directly. e.g. T-shirt size, Major, College, Graduation date. You may change these fields directly without requesting any permission from staff.
Fields without an outline will require a staff member's approval for changes. Click on the "Request Record Update" button on your Student View homepage. Submit any relevant information for the information to be processed.
*Information provided should be clear and detailed. Statements such as "My Internship is not showing up" is unclear. Providing any helpful details such as the internship title, type, and date submitted will allow staff to retrieve any lost information.
