Withdrawing From a Program:


If you have been offered placement with a study away program, but are experiencing circumstances where your participation may no longer be available, please be sure to reach out so we can explore all possible opportunities regarding program participation.

In order to officially withdraw from a Study Away program and term, complete the official withdrawal form linked below.

It is the automated date & time stamp received with the submission of your form that determines your withdraw date. 

Please make sure you are aware of all details of the Refund Policy before committing to a study away program and before withdrawing from a program. It is the Participant Agreement/Commitment form that allows APU to begin making reservations/purchases for your participation. If you submit a withdrawal form and have not signed your commitment/agreement form then the withdrawal will not have a financial component to it. However, if you have signed the Participant Agreement/Commitment form, then you will be provided with a refund statement that includes the financial charges you may still be liable for.
