APU faculty-led academic programs of varying lengths (between 1 to 8 weeks) offering APU courses while engaging with intercultural populations connected to course content. Program travel is during fall break, spring break, or summer terms and are available for all APU student groups (traditional undergraduate, professional, masters, doctoral).

Approved programs are offered with course articulations for a variety of majors, minors, and general education curriculum and integrate community-engaged academics, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. Non-Agreement Programs
For these programs you will register and pay directly to the program and then use the Transfer Credit & Course Substitution Form process to get units transferred into APU. Explore these additional programs below!
Virtual Engagement Opportunities utilize the ever increasing connectiveness of our world to provide non-traditional cross-cultural opportunities for students who may not be able to participate in a semester or GO Term experience. Some opportunities may allow for academic credit to be transferred back to APU.
