1.   Under Main Manu, Select Student Information 

2.     Select Transcript.

3. Locate the Course number and name and Click to Edit.

4. Scroll down to locate the Scoring Information, Select Score drop-down menu and select the new grade under the Numeric or AP/IB/DE-Numeric Scale.

5. Scroll down to Scoring Information, For HS credit, update credit Earned, verify Attempted and Credit Name, if score changed to passing, if applicable.  

6. For MS courses that receive HS credit, update credit Earned, verify Attempted and Credit Name, if score changed to passing, if applicable.

7. Click Save at the top when all changes are complete.
