Grade Posting ​

As a reminder the Quarter 4 progress grading window will open on Monday, April 13, 2026 and close on Thursday, April 23, 2026.  A grade posting video for teachers can be found here.  Administrators can run the Grades Report, which will help you determine if teachers have posted grades.​

Custom Reports Update

​Beginning April 13, 2026, users will experience a streamlined access process for custom reports. With this update, you will no longer be required to enter a separate username and password when opening custom reports. This change is designed to simplify access, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.

What this means for you when accessing reports:

• All Custom reports, including K12 Custom Reports, will be accessed by clicking Reports

• When selecting parameter values, click on all options that apply.  If you need to select all options use Ctl+A

• There may be up to 4 options for filetype for you to select from before generating the report.  When selecting a File Type please keep in mind:
  PDF: Will generate to the screen and can be printed directly or downloaded as a PDF
  WORD: Will download to your device as a .docx document.  Must have Microsoft Word to open.
  EXCEL: Will download to your device as a .xlsx file.  Must have Microsoft Excel to open.  To interact with report in Excel, click Enable Editing.
  CSV: Will download to your device as a .csv comma separated file.  Can be opened in any text editor or Microsoft Excel.  Data will not be formatted.

• 05/01/2026 Submission deadline for Grade Change Requests for SY2026 Term 3 or earlier courses.​
