Grade Posting
As a reminder the Quarter 4 / Semester 2 grading window will open for 12th graders only on Thursday, April 30, 2026 and closes on Monday, May 11, 2026.
GAVS Grade Posting
GAVS grades will be released on May 14, 2026, at noon. To facilitate GAVS grade entry by your designated staff member, please ensure students have the applicable GAVS course on their schedule. This will allow the grades to be directly posted to the course, then posted to the transcript, limiting the chances of data entry issues.
Upcoming Deadlines for Cohort 2026 Graduation Clearance
05/01/2026 Deadline to post Community Service Credits in IC
05/01/2026 Submission deadline for Grade Change Requests for SY2026 Term 3 or earlier courses.
05/11/2026 Deadline for Teachers to post grades for all courses for Spring Graduating Seniors participating in May Graduation.
05/11/2026 Deadline for to post grades to transcript of Spring Graduating Seniors participating in May Graduation (including, AVA, dual enrollment, Phoenix)
05/12/2026 Tag all graduatig seniors in IC using Cohort Tracker
05/14/2026 GAVS grades entered into IC
05/14/2026 Schools receive and review initial list of students academically cleared to graduate (based on courses posted transcript). Schools should use High School Credit Check dashboard to ensure students meet all transcript requirements.
05/15/2026 Schools receive final list of students academically cleared to graduate.
CCRPI Live Data Verification
The CCRPI Live Data Verification tool, now available in the CCRPI portal with demographic and attendance data, provides summary data from Student Record that updates nightly. Additional Student Record data and data from Student Class will populate in the tool throughout April and May.
Custom Reports Update
Beginning April 13, 2026, users will experience a streamlined access process for custom reports. With this update, you will no longer be required to enter a separate username and password when opening custom reports. This change is designed to simplify access, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.
