Spring Athletic Rosters  ​

Athletic rosters for students participating in interscholastic sports must be entered into Infinite Campus for all sports. Please verify that your 2025-2026 Spring sports rosters are correct in Infinite Campus by 4pm Friday, February 13, 2026. Directions can be found here.  School users can request temporary access to the Request and Rosters tool for entering athletic rosters by completing an Incident IQ request. Click here for directions on requesting access. Once approved, users will have 48 hours to complete their updates. ​

2026-2027 Master Scheduling Updates​

Checkpoint 2 is due Monday, February 9, 2026. Please ensure your school has verified the following items in the Infinite Campus Scheduling Center to remain aligned with the scheduling timeline:​

Verification must be submitted using the Master Scheduling Checkpoint 2 Verification link which can also be found on the SY 27 Scheduling Timeline. 

In addition, please note that a vendor-led virtual training to support schools with Phase II Scheduling activities is scheduled for February 10, 2026. This session will provide hands-on guidance to help schools stay on track as they move into the next phase of the scheduling process.

January/February Data Collection Tasks

The SIS team provides IC tools, tips and custom/canned IC reports monthly to assist you with the reporting and cleansing of your school's data. Please make sure you are reviewing to ensure the tasks listed are completed as well as ensuring that all ETCH errors are resolved to guarantee your school's data accuracy.
