Visitors

CSS welcomes visitors to our school. All visitors must report to the main office. It is located through the front foyer and down the hallway to the right.

Volunteers must fill out the necessary application package in advance of working in the school.

Meetings with school staff are by appointment. Please make arrangements with individual staff or contact the main office at 613-962-9233.

All visitors to the school are expected to follow the Code of Conduct. All students, parents/guardians, HPEDSB employees, and members of the school community have the right to be safe and to feel safe. With this right comes the responsibility to contribute to a positive school climate. A school should be a place that promotes responsibility, respect, civility, and academic excellence in a safe learning and teaching environment. A positive school climate exists when all members of the school community feel safe, included, accepted, and actively promote positive behaviours and interactions.

Please be advised that under the Education Act the principal has the authority to issue a trespass notice or contact local law enforcement to issue charges or remove unauthorized individuals to maintain a secure environment.
