If you have a concern about your student's education, please follow the steps below. If you experience difficulties resolving your concerns after taking the steps below, please contact the principal Andrew Ross.
First: Contact the classroom teacher and discuss the situation.
Then: If the situation is not resolved, contact the vice-principal or principal - whose role it is to resolve more complex or escalating challenges - to request help in dealing with the matter.

Then: If challenges or concerns persist, and you have not already done so, contact the principal.
Then: If necessary, contact the superintendent through the school board office.
Then: if necessary, contact the director of education through the school board office.
Then: if necessary, contact your local trustee.
