Secondary Regional Programs
Regional Programs are programs that are filled through a central process. The goal for students who qualify for a program is to try to enroll them in their home school. When there is no longer room in the home school programs, students will be offered a placement in another school where transportation will be provided. For more information please reach out to our Secondary LST, Jessica Stuart.
Community Integration Program (CIP)
The Community Integration Program (CIP) is designed for students with developmental disabilities who are interested in pursuing an Ontario Secondary School Certificate and pathway to the workplace, or to a Community Integration Through Co-Operative Education program at a college level. The CIP program will focus on developing skills in communication, literacy, numeracy, problem solving, critical thinking, use of technology, social interaction and independence.
Life Skills Program (LSP)
These programs are for secondary school students who are typically identified with the Ministry Exceptionality of Intellectual - Developmental Disability (I-DD) and/or Communication Autism (C-A). Programming emphasis is on life skills, adaptive numeracy/literacy skills, and community/independent living skills.
