Administration of Medication
Staff are not permitted to administer medication to students without proper authorization. Families are asked to phone the school at css@hpedsb.on.ca or call us at 613-962-9233 for information about the necessary authorization forms if you require staff to administer medication to your student, and /or to clarify any questions they may have about medications at school.
Medical Plan of Care Reminder
We are committed to supporting students with medical conditions, health support services needs, and those who require the administration of medication at school. If applicable to your student, we mailed home a draft Medical Plan(s) of Care in late June for your review, input, and signature. This is a friendly reminder that the completed Medical Plan(s) of Care must be returned before your student attends school. If you have questions or need help, please contact the school at css@hpedsb.on.ca or call us at 613-962-9233.
