Victor H. Narro - Victor Narro has been involved with immigrant rights and labor issues for over 40 years. He is Project Director for UCLA Labor Center and Professor for UCLA Department of Labor Studies, where he teaches classes that focus on immigrant rights, social justice and the labor movement. Before joining the Labor Center, Victor was Co-Executive Director of Sweatshop Watch and Workers’ Rights Project Director for Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA). Before joining CHIRLA, Victor worked at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Victor is author of many articles and books. His latest book is The Activist Spirit – Toward a Radical Solidarity (Hard Ball Press 2022).
