Change Attendance Setting

1) [Manage Courses] at the bottom of the menu >> [Course Tools]
                                                                                  >> Click [Create Online Attendance Contents/온라인 출석 콘텐츠 생성]

2) Click the checkbox of the content you want to change >> Reset folder location, learning time, Attendance Recognition Period

3) Click [Create] to complete the setting

4) Confirm the created contents setting

※ For the Xinics contents, the video contents is open to students even after the overdue date, however the learning activity will not be counted and reflected.

1) Click the menu with Kaltura attendance contents in AjouBb course  

2) Click the folder with Kaltura Contents

3) In the folder click the ⓥ icon on the right side of the video title >> Click [Edit]

4) Edit the options of Attendance Recognition Period >> Click [Submit]
    - If there is any message in the description, change the message with other options 

5) Check whether the setting is applied properly 

※ For Kaltura Contents, the after the 'Display Before' date, the contents is not shown to students, so they can't access the video 

1) Click the menu with attendance contents in the AjouBb course

2) Click the ⓥ icon to change the description for attendance recognition period >> Click [Edit]

3) After changing the description for the attendance recognition period, click [Submit] at the bottom

4) Check whether the setting change is applied properly
