Menu Management

1) Click (+) and select [Content Area] or [Tool Link] 

• [Create Content Area]:  A new content area is created in the same format as the lecture notes 

• [Tool link]: Shortcut to an existing area, tool, or item in Ajou Bb course function. 

• Can add shortcut menu for a synchronous class using tool link

 1) Click (+) and select [Web link] or [Course Link]

• [Web Link]: Add shortcut link to the menu by entering a URL address 

• [Course Link]: Add shortcut link by selecting a course from uploaded contents in the course

1) Click the ⓥ button on the right side of the menu to edit or delete the menu

• [Change Name]: Can change the Menu Name

• [Hide Link]: Hide selected Menu from the students 

• [Delete]:  Delete from the menu list

2) When a menu is hidden, the tiny square icon appears on the right side of the menu. 

3) To display the menu, click the ⓥ button followed by [display link]

4) The tiny square icon disappears and the menu is activated
