2) Click [Share Contents]

3) Click [Share Empty Whiteboard]

4) Select and use the desired function 

5) Click [Stop Sharing] to stop

3) Click [Application/Screen Shared] 

4) Select the tab and screen to share >> Select [Share]

• • Your Entire Screen: Share the entire screen on the PC monitor

  • Application Window: Share screen of the running program

  • Chrome Tab: Share screen of the opened tab in Chrome (without showing chrome menu)

  • Share Audio: Share PC audio (sound effect, etc.) 

1) [Whiteboard Control]: Zoom In, Zoom Out, Fit Screen, Actual Size(for instructor's screen only) 

• • Zoom In/Out: Click to zoom in/out the shared screen 

  • Fit Screen: Fit the screen size to Collaborate screen 

  • Actual Size: Change the share screen to actual size (1:1) 

2) To stop sharing, click [Stop Share] button

1) Click [Panel]

2) Click [Share Content]

3) Click [Share Camera]

4) From video preview, check video screen and click [Share Camera]

5 ) Click [Stop Share] button to stop sharing 

1) Click [Panel]

2) Click [Share Content]

3) Click [Share Files]

4) Click [Add file] and select the file you want to share >> Click [Share Now]

5) During file share, Content editing tools are available 

6) Click Navigate Slide >> Click [Stop share] to stop 

1) Click [Panel]

2) Click [Share Content]

3) Click [Polling]

4) Choose polling question option (select only 1) >> After writing question/answer, click [Start]

• • Multiple Choice(One answer): can enter the answer and can add choices up to 5

  • Yes/No Choices: answer to the question is limited to yes/no 

5) Start polling 

6) Click [End Polling] to stop the poll

• • Once the session has ended, you can see the record from [View Reports] in session options
