It is important to note that students will need a webcam and microphone for the exam

Generate Online Zoom Meeting
(To learn more about how to start a zoom meeting go to 3.1. ZOOM –> 3.1.3. Getting Started -> Reserve/Start Zoom meeting)
For those who cannot access zoom from the AjouBb course, you may send session URL via email or text message

Adjust the students' webcam angle to monitor students
- For those students without a webcam, inform them to use their phone camera
Confirm Attendance and identification
- Notify students to set up participants' names as student numbers and names. (To learn more about changing the participant's name go to 3.1. ZOOM –> 3.1.4. Utilization -> Manage participants) - Verify the students by comparing the ID picture and their face on the webcam
4. Distribute Exam Questions
Please refer to the types below in distributing exam questions
Type 1. Use AjouBb Test Menu
You can use the AjouBb test menu to make different kinds of online questions(multiple-choice, short answer, essay, jumbled sentence, fill in the blank, ordering, either/or, file response, etc)
Questions are graded automatically except for certain question types
When using the AjouBb menu, set the test time option so that the questions are opened only during the exam
You can set the option to randomize the ordering of the test questions per student
Once the test is completed, submit
Please read 4.2 Test to learn more about the test/exams menu
Type 2. Distribute Test paper using messengers like Kakaotalk
Create an open chat room, group chat room prior to the test and inform all students to enter the chat room
When the test starts, the instructor sends the test file and students download it
Students answer the test on a blank sheet of paper
Type 3. Distribute test paper using zoom screen share
Select 'Share Screen' from zoom
Click the screen you want to share
Students answer the test on a blank sheet of paper
Students do not have permission to control the screen. So if test questions are composed of several pages, the instructor needs to turn to the next page after a certain time limit.
Type 4. Distribute test paper using email and notice menu
Distribute test paper to students using email and notice
When distributing, set a file password so that students cannot check the question prior to the test
Inform the file password when the test starts via ZOOM synchronously
Students answer the test on a blank sheet of paper
5. During Exam
Proctor the test by monitoring students' screen
You can see 25 students on one screen but you can see the entire students' screen by moving to other pages
If you need additional proctors, assign a co-host
Record the meeting if necessary
You can have Q&A using the chatting function (Depending on the instructor's choice, the chatbox can be activated/deactivated)
Even if an individual student's test ends, inform students to stay in the Zoom meeting room until all the tests end
6. End Exam
When the test ends, students should show the test answer papers using their camera
Take a picture of the answer sheet and send it to Instructor/TA's email
or submit the answer sheet via AjouBb assignment or test menu
Once the submission is confirmed, students can leave the meeting
Record Participants' Video
When proctoring exams using zoom, you can record the participants' video
