You can add total column in Full Grade Center by choosing all tests/assignments or selected tests/assignments
1) Course Management >> Grade Center >> Click 'Full Grade Center'
2) Place the cursor on the 'Create Calculated Column,' and click 'Total Column'
The column name appears on 'My Grades'(for students) when students view their posted grades
4) Primary/Secondary Display: Grade display type in Grade Center
Primary Display: The grade type that is displayed to students and on Grade Center
Secondary Display: The grade type that is displayed to an instructor only and is displayed next to the primary display
5) Include in Total: Select the type of column you want
All Grade Columns: All tests/assignments
Selected Columns and Categories: Selected tests/assignments
Note: If you delete tests/assignments that are included in calculating the total column in the Grade Center, it is deleted from the total column as well
6) Calculate as Running Total
[Yes]: the score without data is not included in calculating the total column
[No]: the score without data is considered 0 and is included in calculating the total column
