Summer Internships for Students
Student volunteers (high school and college students welcome) who can commit to at least 10 hours per week—on a flexible schedule during our open hours (Monday–Thursday, 10AM–3PM)—for 2 to 4 weeks between July 14 and August 21.
As an intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting a vital community hub. You’ll also work with our team to identify a primary project based on your interests and strengths—whether it’s drafting news articles, planning an event, managing inventory, or conducting research — you’ll make a real impact.

Conversation Group Facilitator: Partner collaboratively with a co-facilitator to plan and lead a Conversation Group of approximately 8 to 15 participants in the local library. 1.5 – 2 hours per week, for 10 – 12 weeks.
One-to-One English Tutor: provide instruction that is learner-centered and relevant to learner’s life and personal goals for two hours per week, by arrangement, min. for 6 months.
