Finding a Provider


For AB Students - the school district has access to Cartwheel Care to help match your student with a provider. Reach out to your child's school counselor for more information.

You can visit a Community Behavioral Health Center : one-stop shops for a wide range of mental health and substance use services, referrals and treatment.   Immediate, confidential, no insurance needed.  The centers closest to us are in Framingham, Waltham,  Lowell and Leominster.   Translation available.  Open daily for walk-ins, routine appointments, and crisis care.


Advocates - Advocates provides various types of counseling and psychiatry services.   They also provide 24/7, 365 days a year crisis intervention (instead of going to the ER), their clinicians come typically within an hour to your home/work, the school, their office or wherever you prefer to meet - call 800 540 5806.  No health insurance needed.


Eliot Community Human Services - Eliot provides comprehensive mental health services.


Riverside Trauma Center, a service of Riverside Community Care, provides critical incident services to communities, schools, health and human services providers, organizations, government agencies, workplaces, and individuals in many areas of Massachusetts. The  team is composed of highly-trained, licensed mental health professionals who have expertise in managing acute trauma, sudden or violent death, traumatic grief, and other highly stressful events.


Uplift Behavioral Health Services is a diverse company and have staff who speak: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole.   They focus on those with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, DV, anger management & more to name a few. Clients have the option to have hybrid, remote, or in-person sessions.  Services are provided to all ages, and they accept all Mass health Plans, and most major insurance policies.

Domestic Violence

REACH provides survivors of domestic violence with safety, shelter, and a path to healing. Our innovative, community-based approach promotes healthy relationships, fosters collaboration, and empowers community members to be agents of change.

Casa Myrna is Boston’s largest provider of shelter and supportive services to survivors of domestic violence, providing safety, resources, advocacy and information since 1977.  All of our supports are provided to survivors free of charge.

SafeLink is Massachusetts’ statewide 24/7 toll-free domestic violence hotline and a resource for anyone affected by domestic or dating violence. Call SafeLink if you need to talk about your situation or someone else’s – you do not need to be looking for services or a shelter space.
