Just a few ideas on how you can help your child......
At Abercanaid, we use the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme to enable our pupils to read and spell. This scheme focusses on letter sounds and provides pupils with a rhyme to aid them with the formation of the letter. The cards for set 1 and set 2 are available to purchase on-line. Throughout the year, we will be hosting Read, Write Inc sessions for parents, please look out for the dates via Schoop and email.
