Welcome to our Summer Term, our topic is Carnival - Italy! 🇮🇹 🎡Â
This term, our Year 3/4 learners are diving into a vibrant and exciting new topic: Carnivals! With a focus on Italy, children will explore the colour, creativity and energy of carnival celebrations from around the world.
Throughout the topic, pupils will take part in a range of engaging, hands-on experiences – from designing and creating, to performing, exploring and sharing ideas. This will be a highly creative journey where imagination is encouraged and individuality is celebrated.
Learning will be connected across the curriculum, allowing children to develop their skills in meaningful and enjoyable ways. They will have opportunities to ask questions, explore new cultures, express themselves creatively and work collaboratively with others.
We are looking forward to a term full of colour, creativity and celebration!Â
We are continuing our class book we started last term: 'The Boy Who Grew Dragons' by Andy Shepherd.
