The Ann Harris Initiative's mission is to honor the legacy of service, kindness, compassion, and talent that Ann Harris, DVM, has provided to generations of people and their pets in the Central New York area by providing programs and resources to stabilize and revitalize Emergency Veterinary Medicine in the region. 

Educational scholarships of $1, 250 per semester (when enrolled full-time) for individuals interested in emergency medicine and pursuing Licensed Veterinary Technician training are available. Tuition reimbursement grants will also be made available to talented LVTs working in emergency medicine.
