Ronald McDonald House Youth Advisory Board 2023-2024

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of CNY provides a temporary home for families with seriously ill children that travel to Syracuse for medical care.

The Youth Advisory Board creates projects that educate young people about the value of philanthropy and volunteerism in the community. Students entering freshman, sophomore, or junior year of high school, along with other Central New York high school students, will plan and conduct fundraising events, community events and volunteer activities that raise awareness and funds for the organization.

The goal is to instill values, leadership skills and passion in the future generation of leaders in the Central New York area. In turn, the members of RMHC of CNY will serve as positive role models for the youth with regard to actively participating, and making a difference, in their community.

The application to apply and additional information is in the document attached above. The application is also available on their website at RMH CNY Volunteer.
