OCM BOCES Summer School for grades 9-12 will be held at West Genesee Intermediate School this year.

Summer School courses are available to those who have failed a course, and are not available for first time credit.
Course Registration Deadline: Monday, June 29, 2026
Cost to student: None
All non-Regents courses are 12 days in length, and all Regents courses are 16 days in length. A specific semester cannot be requested.
Summer School uses the Google Classroom platform. Students must bring their school-issued Chromebook to class daily.
Semester One: Thursday, July 9, 2026 to Friday, July 24, 2026
Most Non-Regents classes will be held semester one.
Semester Two: Monday, July 27, 2026 to Monday, August 17, 2026
Most Regents classes will be held semester two.

Student Schedules will be available online 7/08/25 at 4:00 p.m. on the OCM BOCES SchoolTool Parent Portal (login information will be emailed to parents by SchoolTool). SchoolTool Access: https://ocm.schooltool.cnyric.org/summerschool/
A hardcopy of the schedule will also be mailed home.

All students are expected to attend every day. Students who miss more than 3 days of any one course may be dismissed from summer school. Occasionally, extenuating circumstances may arise and efforts will be made to accommodate students in those rare situations. Vacations, sports and work obligations are not valid reasons to miss classes. Please plan accordingly.
Links will be provided through the OCM BOCES SchoolTool Parent Portal. Each of these meetings will give you the opportunity to get an overview of the Regional Summer School (RSS) Program and the expectations for your child(ren). They will review RSS courses, attendance and grading policies, introduce site administrators, and answer any questions you may have.
