PURCHASE ORDERS

Classes or organizations wishing to purchase merchandise either locally or out-of-town, must secure a purchase order from the office before said purchase may be made. These must be filled out completely and signed by the sponsor and principal and OK’d by Central Office before merchandise may be purchased. Local merchants have been instructed not to sell merchandise unless a purchase order has been presented. The school will pay no bills unless the required purchase order has been obtained.
