Hat Policy

    • Students are not to wear hats except on special recognition days approved by the principal.

    • If a staff member sees a student with a hat on without permission, the staff member will ask to receive the hat.

    • The hat will be sent to the office:

    1. 1st offense – Pick up hat from the office after school

    2. 2nd offense – Pick up hat from the office at 3:45 pm

    3. 3rd offense or more – the student’s parent/guardian may pick up the hat from the main office. Another person may pick up the hat with parent/guardian permission and principal approval following designated time.

    • The main office will keep track of student offenses. (OFFENSES ARE PER YEAR)

  • Note: If a student refuses to give their hat to a staff member or is disrespectful to the staff member, more disciplinary action will be taken.
