On Monday, 6 July 2020, the NOC Telecom Team will begin replacing VOIP phones according to the VOIP Deployment Schedule. The following outlines the tentative timeline for deployment of VOIP phones to the USUHS, AFRRI and Off Sites locations.

NOTE: Users are not required to be present during the replacement. This is a tentative plan and is subject to change based on delays associated implementation.

General Deployment Plan

1. VOIP Phones will be installed as indicated in the schedule.

2. The morning of the first duty day, the VOIP deployment team will visit your location to ensure the phones are functioning properly and resolve any issue related to the installation.

3. You may print a copy of the 8861 Quick Reference Guide that will assist you with the general functions of the phone.

4. If you have any issues with your phone after the installation is complete, please contact the Telecom Hotline at 301-400-6000 or submit a USU Service Desk Ticket.
