Automatically Forwarding All Incoming Calls
Automatically forward all incoming calls from your office phone using the CFwdALL softkey or by setting a forward in the Self-Care Portal.
You can forward calls to another number, such as your cell number, or to voicemail.
Setting or Removing a Forward on the VoIP Phone
FORWARD ALL
1. Press the Forward All softkey.
2. Enter the number to which you want to forward all of your calls. Be sure to enter the number exactly as you would if you were placing a call to
that number from your office phone. Or press the Messages button (to forward to voicemail)
3. Look for the Forward All icon on your screen
4. To remove call forwarding, press the Forward All softkey.
Setting or Removing a Forward in the Self-Care Portal
Log into Self-Care Portal.
Select the desired line from the left-hand pane.
Under Phones > Call Forwarding, click the check box to forward all calls to.
Choose either Voicemail or Add a New Number and fill in the desired forwarding destination.
Click Save.
To cancel call forwarding, repeat the steps above but deselect the forwarding option.
