The Cisco Unity Connection Web Inbox lets you manage voice messages and any voice message receipts you receive. You can compose new voice messages, and play, reply to, forward, or delete the voice messages you receive. This is the ideal tool for managing a large number of saved voice messages.
Some features, including playing your voice messages, sorting your voice messages, resetting your telephone voicemail PIN and deleting your voice messages are made easy using this tool.

Access the Web Inbox by using an Internet browser to go to cuc-mc-cpc2-pub.usuhs.edu/inbox/. (The URL is case sensitive.)
To log in enter your user name and password. User name (Typically your first initial, then your last name with no spaces) and Password (your SSO password).
Bookmark the Web Inbox URL, so you do not have to enter the web address each time you want to access the Web Inbox.
Q. How do I change my Voicemail PIN?
Login enter your user name and password. User name (typically first initial then your last name with no spaces) and password (password is your SSO).
Click on Settings
Click on Passwords
Click on Change PIN - you are not required to enter an existing PIN
Enter in your desired PIN
Re-enter in your desired PIN
Click Save, the server will respond with, "Your password was successfully changed."
Q. Can I send voice messages to my private lists from the Web Inbox?
A. Yes.
Q. Why are the messages I send not available in the Sent folder?
A. Your administrator may not have configured your mailbox to save sent messages.
Q. When I record audio for a message, can I play back the recording?
A. There is currently no way to play back a recording in Web Inbox before sending the message. However, if your administrator has configured your mailbox to save sent messages, after you send the message, you can playback the recording from the Sent folder.
