Abstract

Young’s double slits experiment was first conducted using a single photon source. The double slits would then have two mutually perpendicular polarizers over each slit used as quantum markers, and finally a third polarizer which is 45 degrees with respect to the previous two as a quantum eraser. The interference pattern under the three conditions were indicated respectively. The visibility of each interference pattern, a quantitative description of the quality of the fringes, was numerically analyzed.
