How to properly tape all LCD cables to the LCD

First remove any tape that may be present on the cable and LCD, including factory tape. Factory Tape may require cutting along the metal surface groove on the LCD Cable to remove, it is important to remove the old Tape to properly secure the connector with new tape.

Place two pieces of ESD Tape on the Front side of the LCD, making sure not to extend onto the Display Surface. Wrap the tape around to the Back Side of the LCD and over the connector. Ensure the tape is tightly wrapped. Place another piece of ESD Tape Horizontally across the LCD Connector where the Connector and Cable mate together.
