Steps to remove the wifi antenna and logic board from the device.
Locate and remove the four Phillips screws (#000) that secure the Wifi antenna flex cable to the iPad 2.
The speaker assembly has a plug style connection. Use the flat end of the spudger to pry up and remove the speaker assembly
Locate and remove the five Phillips screws (#000) that secure the motherboard to the body of the iPad 2.
Note: Removal steps for the iPad 2.4 are similar, with the same screw hole locations.
Use the flat end of the spudger to lift, pry up and remove the motherboard from the body of the iPad 2.
The final connection for the Wifi antenna flex cable is on the bottom side of the motherboard. Use the tweezers or the spudger to remove this plug and then remove the WiFi antenna from the iPad 2.
