Steps to remove the wifi from the brackets holding it around the fan.
There are 13 screws in the bottom plate that need to be removed. 1 in the middle left (when looking at the backplate) has a warranty sticker covering the screw locations.
Insert a spudger in between the bottom plate and the palmrest, and rotate the spudger to start releasing the clips along the bottom plate. Do this around the entire perimeter of the bottom plate.
Once the clips are released you should be able to lift the bottom plate away from the palmrest and put it off to the side.
The battery has 2 screws on the sides of it and the bottom is held in with brackets. Remove the screws first.
After the screws are removed, pull out the battery connector.
Lift the battery from the connector side and pull out the bottom from the brackets holding it in place.
Start by releasing the wifi cables from the mounted wifi card on the motherboard.
Grab both of the cables and release them from the brackets holding them in place around the fan.
* To reassemble follow the above steps in reverse.
