For the first meeting of the chapter, National Weather Service (NWS) forecater, Nathan Jeruzal, discussed the meteorological support and services provided by the NWS to decision makers and clean-up crews at the Enbridge oil spill site in Marshall, Michigan since the late sulmmer of 2010.
