2018 09/11  Eric Ellmaker - Weather or Not

Our speaker was Delta Airlines 575 Captain Eric Ellmaker.  He spoke in 2015 and his presentation was so well received that we decided to invite him back for an encore performance.  Once again his talk was well received and filled with photos and information abut the decision making process surrounding weather and flying with the airlines.  He showed examples of the weather tools that he uses.
