American Horror story is in my opinion THE BEST T.V. shows on today. This series so has 7 seasons which all have their different theme. For example, The first four seasons are Murder House, Asylum, Coven and Freak Show. Each one of these seasons are theme on a different true horror stories. Murder House, starring Taissa Farmiga, Evan Peters and Connie Britton, Is about the true story of the Rosenheim Mansion in which multiple murder were taken place in this house over. All of the murder victims in the house come back from the afterlife to haunt and torment them so they would move out of the house. All of these seasons are so incredibly different that you don’t even have to watch them in order or even watch all of them because they have nothing to do with each other which is so unique and amazing about this series. Viewer discretion is advised though because it can get very gore filled and a few mature scenes.

     The Walking Dead is about a group of people   who try  to survive in the Zombie Apocalypse.   The main character on the show is Rick Grimes, played by Andrew Lincoln ,and he was a a cop before the Zombie Apocalypse  happened.   This show has been on since 2010 and is still an on going show; You can see  the show on Tuesday night at  9:00 on AMC.   If you like survival shows  you would like this show.  But if you you're not that into violence I wouldn't really recommend this show .  This show has some violence but not through the whole episode.  The Walking Dead isn't all about walkers (term they use for zombies) its about how the group survives an what stakes they will go to to stay alive. Zombie is never  said  out of the time The Walking Dead has been on; they sometimes use Geeks , Biters,  most mostly all the time say Walkers.   There really isn't a main setting  in the show because  they are either  always moving  or when they find someplace to stay it always gets overrun by Walkers  or people take it.  The Walking Dead is one of my favorite shows and it would be great if you started watching it.

   Pretty Little Liars is about four high school students that try to  battle there way through high school drama while facing the mysterious A that bully's them through threatening text messages.  Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer are the four main characters on the show.  Their best friend and Queen Bee of there school Rosewood High , Alison would rule the school  and she was not sweet as candy.  Alison knew all there secrets and was not afraid to use that against them.   One night at a sleepover Alison disappeared and know one knew where she was.   It had been 1 year and  still nothing.  That was until one night that police found her "body"  and everything changed after that.   The girls started getting text messages from the mysterious -A that happened to know all there secrets. This show is filmed with drama, heartbreak, and romance.  If you like those types of shows then Pretty Little Liars  is the show for you.  Once you watch the first episode you will be hooked on it forever.   Pretty Little Liars comes on on Tuesday at 8:00 on Free-form.  You can also watch the episodes on Netflix or Free On demand.   Its the type of show you can watch over and over again.  

    This Is Us is a show that tells the story of the Pearson Family as they go through the ups and downs of life. It stars Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Sterling K. Brown, Chris Sullivan and Ron Cephas Jones.

    The Pearson Family consists of many people: Randall is a workaholic who, alongside his wife Beth, and his two daughters, take care of his biological father, William, who is dying from cancer. His sister, Kate, is morbidly obese and trying to lose weight alongside her boyfriend, Toby. Then there is Kevin, who is a failing actor from “The Manny”, a television show which he just quit. Randall, Kate and Kevin are siblings, who were raised by Jack and Rebecca, a happy couple trying their best to support their family. Together, they are the Pearson Family.

    On the day Rebecca was ready to give birth, their doctor, Nathan Katowsky, comforted her as she was carrying triplets. As she gave birth, Rebecca became distressed to the point where she needed oxygen, and Jack was hurriedly pushed out of the room. Dr. Katowsky informed Jack that they lost the third baby. The other two babies (Kate and Kevin) were very healthy and strong. It is soon revealed that due to the fact that they lost the third baby, they adopted a little newborn boy who was left at a fire station the same day. This baby was Randall.

    As the series moves back when the kids were little to when they are adults, is shows how they overcome the ups and downs of life; for example, Randall recently found his biological father (the man who left him at the fire station) and has him live in his house as he is dying from cancer. And Kate, who joined a weight loss camp with Toby, soon meets Duke, the maintenance man. Duke is very impolite, and he starts to flirt with Kate. Kate cannot stand him, and Toby feels hatred about the situation. The series does a very good job with showing how the characters overcome these life issues. And by the end, the synopsis ties together perfectly.

    This Is Us is such a good show, and I strongly recommend it for anyone who enjoys an emotionally uplifting, humorous and sometimes tear jerking story. Every episode leaves me with a satisfied grin on my face, and I find myself anxiously waiting for the next episode to air. The series continues to please me every week, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Stranger Things is an American made science fiction-horror Netflix series created by the Duffer Brothers. The brothers also write and direct all the episodes, and executive-produced by Shawn Levy. It also brings back nostalgia to some viewers to 1980’s movies and TV shows. The first season of the show stars many known and less known actors and actresses, including Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Finn Wolfhard, and award-winning actress Winona Ryder.

The first season is focused on main character, 12 year old Will Byers, going missing in the town of Hawkins, Indiana. Will’s mother, Joyce Byers, and older brother Jonathan Byers frantically search for him along with Police Chief Jim Hopper and a gathering of other towns people. Mike Wheeler, one of Will’s best friends, including Dustin Henderson and Lucas Sinclair, decide to go on their own investigation to find their friend but instead find a girl in a hospital gown and shaved head, lurking in the stormy weather. Taking the girl back to Mike’s house, they discover she has psychokinetic abilities and can move and shift certain objects with her mind.

The boys are fascinated yet creeped out by this supernatural happening, but let her stay in the basement of Mike’s house and keeping her secret from his parents. They also find out her name is Eleven as interpreted by her 011 tattoo on her left wrist.  As the season continues, Eleven helps her newly found friends find Will but are stopped by multiple antagonists of the series. I recommend this show a good watch if you admire the sci-fi theme.
