Section 6. Complaint Committee

The Complaint Committee shall receive complaints from the membership, investigate the complaint, propose solution to the Board of Directors and follow up on the complaint to insure that all complaints have received at least preliminary attention. All complaints shall be in writing and include name, address and telephone number of the member complaining. Complainant shall be notified within 60 days of any action taken on the complaint.

Section 6. Community Improvement Committee

The Community Improvement Committee under the direction of the board of directors shall work towards improving the the community by responding to various concerns and issues as raised by members and by partnering with other community members, local government constituent services, county code enforcement, zoning board, law enforcement, and other external organizations in order to enhance and maintain the quality of life in the neighborhood. The committee shall also receive any complaints from the membership, investigate the complaints, propose solutions to the Board of Directors, and follow up on the complaints in order to insure that all complaints receive attention.
