I wanted to let you know that the Ridgeleigh community will remain in the Fifth District.
I am attaching the article from the Towson Times that describes the debate over the County Council redistricting plan:
I was pressured to modify the map to accommodate the concerns of residents in east Towson who wanted to remain in the Fifth District. While I sympathized with their concerns, I could not support shifting your community or any other neighborhood out of the proposed district at the last minute.
