Baltimore County’s Commercial Revitalization Program provides assistance to businesses in 13 designated commercial areas of the county. The program includes low interest loans, tax credits, architectural services, streetscape improvements, grants for district-wide improvements, and regulatory assistance. You can learn more about the program here: http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agencies/planning/commrevitalization/index.html.
The meeting will be held to discuss ways that the district could be restructured and standards could be improved as new buildings are erected in this district.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 17 at 5 p.m. in the cafeteria of Pleasant Plains Elementary School (8300 Pleasant Plains Road). In the event of inclement weather that closes schools, the meeting will be postponed. Please contact Councilman Marks at dmarks@baltimorecountymd.gov for more details.
